Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ironpeak Fitness and its affiliates, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website, services, or from participation in gym activities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid to Ironpeak Fitness in the 12 months preceding the claim, or one hundred Indian rupees (INR 100), whichever is greater.
